James started working at Frakes Electric In 1977 (right out of high school) with his Uncle William Scott learning HVAC repair. He went on to work ar Ford Motor Comp. Glass plant in Nashville in HVAC repair for 26.5 years. He started also working part time at home with residential repair and replacement for a number of years. In 2008 he took an early retirement from Ford Motor and started his own full time business. We now have 4 employees.
